I lost my Insta-bench bag. Can I buy just the bag?
Yes. We sell bags seperately in the "Shop" section of our website. Make sure to buy the correct bag for the type of bench you have.
Do you sell replacement parts for the Insta-bench?
In general, most of the parts for the Insta-bench cannot be replaced if worn or damaged. There are a couple of pieces that are replaceable, which we sell in the "Shop" section of our website. If you are not certain what part(s) you might need, please email us a photograph of the part with the issue, a picture with our logo from the top of the bench, and your shipping address. Once emailed to us, we can determine which part(s) you need, as well as the shipping costs.
How much weight can the Insta-bench hold?
250 pounds per seat.
How long is the warranty on the Insta-bench?
1 year from the date of purchase - we will need an email confirmation or receipt of purchase with the date on it as well.
How long does it take to set up an Insta-bench?
Just a few seconds! It is quick and easy to set-up with no assembly required.
